Appletini Cupcakes

Cocktail flavored cupcakes? This scrumptious looking Appletini flavored cupcake with Swiss buttercream frosting is genius! Thanks to Naomi @ Bakers Royale for putting these flavors together in a gorgeous looking cupcake perfectly suitable for an afternoon with the girls.

Appletini: (AKA Apple Martini)

A cocktail containing vodka and one or more of apple juice, apple cider, apple liqueur, or apple brandy. Typically, the apple vodka is shaken or stirred with a sweet and sour mix and then strained into a cocktail glass.

How to make an Apple Martini

  • 40ml (3 parts) Vodka
  • 15ml (1 part) Apple schnapps/ Calvados
  • 15ml (1 part) Cointreau
Mix in a shaker, then pour into a chilled glass. Garnish and serve.

Peanut Butter “Cup”Cakes

I stumbled upon this recipe and it looks so good I just had to share. Who doesn’t love peanut butter and chocolate anyway, right?
